The mere nature of the real estate business puts agents at risk on a daily basis. Real Estate persons are a prime target for criminals because even modestly successful agents are usually well-dressed and drive a newer model car. The premise of this class is to educate people in the real estate business to the dangers of meeting strangers in secluded areas with little or no information about the person or the area of the meeting.
